This trip exceeded my expectations! I was a bit weary about traveling with a group/tour. I was exuberantly surprised at the amazing group that was attracted to follow the adventures Christina Cindrich set up for us. The group blended so well and felt like family in no time. Fadi, the tour guide Christina recruited to show us around, was extremely knowledgeable and truly made me fall in love with the culture and the land we were visiting. As a group we challenged that every day could not get better, only to be victoriously bested every single day. Due to weather one of the expected itinerary was altered, but replaced with an equally valued alternative. With never having invested in a pre-set tour before, this experience has completely altered my perspective of the possibilities. Christina was the perfect host, for the perfect tour, with immeasurable value. Looking forward to the next tour. This might be the only way I ever travel… with Christina Cindrich!!!

What an amazing and novel experience. While there are many great ways to travel these days I have never before h been offered the opportunity to travel with an actual travel icon! After years of watching Christina on TV it was an absolutely surreal moment when we first landed and met with her. We also met with the rest of the group and everyone, including Christina, were so nice and an absolute blast to spend time with. The entire trip was packed with immersive cultural experiences, delicious locally crafted meals, and exciting, adventurous excursions. As is the case with many of my past travels I learned so much about the region’s culture, history, and how unique yet familiar Jordan is. I’m surprised I haven’t been here before and just days after the trip I already want to visit again… but not without Christina and the crew!

Having known Christina for the past twenty years, I know that she has exquisite taste in everything she does. Having seen her grow into her role of Emmy winning producer of a travel show, I also know that she knows, first hand, the best itinerary activities based on her previous experiences in Jordan. Having said that, I remained a bit apprehensive when it came time to book my spot on her first ever hosted group excursion; I knew almost nothing about the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, other than that Petra was there and that it was a 16 hour flight from where I live. I have travelled extensively throughout my life and I lived in Paris 20 years ago, but I haven't done much traveling out of the United States in the years since. I finally, "bit the bullet," and I booked my spot on Christina's guided tour of Jordan because I know I was very much wanting to continue to see the world, and I know Christina holds herself and her reputation to a high standard.
